Level 1: Recognized Practitioner in The Leadership Gift Program

Prerequisite: Continuing Member of The Leadership Gift Program.

Requirements

  1. Complete the 8 Core Modules including exercises and practices,
  2. Participate in 3 Q&A calls,
  3. Participate in 3 Application Mastery calls,
  4. Continue participating in The Leadership Gift Program, and
  5. Honestly identify as a Practitioner and attest as such.

Benefits

  • You are accredited and may use the title: Recognized Practitioner in The Leadership Gift
  • Practitioner badge to use on your web site, bio, presentations and other documents

Level 2: Recognized Coach in The Leadership Gift Program

Prerequisite: Continuing Member and Recognized Practitioner in The Leadership Gift Program.
Requirements

  1. Join The Leadership Gift Apprenticeship Program
  2. Teach The Responsibility Process and The Keys to Responsibility 25 times
  3. Maintain a teaching log
  4. Report your teaching opportunities, experiences, wins, and lessons in Forums and on Q&A calls
  5. Participate in 12 Q&A Dialog Calls & 12 Application Mastery calls
  6. Attend at least one multi-day workshop with Christopher
  7. Demonstrate at least one major personal breakthrough resulting in an obvious permanent expansion of your functioning
  8. Participate regularly in Apprenticeship Program Calls

Benefits

  • You are accredited and may use the title: Recognized Coach in The Leadership Gift
  • Receive access to and license to use The Leadership Gift Program curriculum designs and documents created especially for use by Recognized Coaches in The Leadership Gift Program
  • Level 2 The Leadership Gift Logos/Badges
  • Candidate to work with Christopher on client projects

Level 3: Recognized Mentor in The Leadership Gift

Prerequisite: Continuing member of The Leadership Gift Apprenticeship Program and Recognized Coach in The Leadership Gift Requirements

  1. Teach and coach The Responsibility Process and The Keys to Responsibility 100 times beyond Level 2
  2. Teach The Leadership Gift Core Curriculum 5 times
  3. Maintain a teaching and coaching log
  4. Report your teaching opportunities, experiences, wins, and lessons in Forums and on Q&A calls
  5. Lead 25 Q&A Dialog Calls and 25 Application Mastery Calls
  6. Attend at least one multi-day workshop annually with Christopher or another Recognized Mentor or Master in The Leadership Gift Program
  7. Contribute a significant unique design or other artifact to The Leadership Gift Program community
  8. Demonstrate at least one major personal breakthrough resulting in an obvious permanent expansion of your functioning
  9. Participate in Apprenticeship Program Calls regularly

Then

  1. Attest on your honor that you have completed the requirements
  2. Attest to your readiness to be known as a Recognized Mentor in The Leadership Gift
  3. Appear before a review board of Recognized Mentors and Masters in The Leadership Gift Program for induction or instructions
  4. Maintain active Membership and participate in Application Mastery regularly
  5. Attend at least one multi-day event in The Leadership Gift Program annually

Level 3 Benefits

  • Title: Recognized Mentor in The Leadership Gift Program
  • Join the The Leadership Gift Apprenticeship Program Council
  • Level 3 The Leadership Gift Logos/Badges
  • Candidate to lead client projects for Christopher

 

Level 4: Recognized Master in The Leadership Gift

Prerequisite: Current member of The Leadership Gift Apprenticeship Program, Council, and Recognized Mentor in The  Leadership Gift Requirements

  1. Teach and coach The Responsibility Process and The Keys to Responsibility 250 times beyond Level 3.
  2. Teach The Leadership Gift Core Curriculum 10 times
  3. Maintain a teaching and coaching log
  4. Report your teaching opportunities, experiences, wins, and lessons in Forums and on Q&A calls
  5. Lead 100 Q&A Dialog Calls and 100 Application Mastery Calls
  6. Attend at least one multi-day workshop with Christopher or another Recognized Master in The Leadership Gift Program
  7. Contribute a significant unique design or other artifact to The Leadership Gift community
  8. Demonstrate at least one major personal breakthrough resulting in an obvious permanent expansion of your functioning
  9. Host Apprenticeship Program Calls regularly

Then

  1. Attest on your honor that you have completed the requirements
  2. Attest to your readiness to be known as The Leadership Gift Master
  3. Appear before a review board of Recognized Masters in The Leadership Gift Program for induction or instructions
  4. Maintain active Membership and participate in Application Mastery regularly
  5. Attend at least one multi-day event in The Leadership Gift annually

Level 4 Benefits

  • Title: Recognized Master in The Leadership Gift
  • The Leadership Gift Apprenticeship Program Council Circle of Masters
  • Level 4 The Leadership Gift Logos/Badges
  • Lead client projects for Christopher
